Here’s the latest information for Huddersfield Town supporters following the postponement of the Club’s next three Sky Bet Championship fixtures.
All purchased tickets for the games against Wigan Athletic, Nottingham Forest and Birmingham City will be valid for the rearranged date (at this stage).
Supporters who are unable to attend on the rearranged date will be refunded. Please note any refunds have to be claimed no later than seven days after the announcement of the rearranged date.
Supporters who have paid by credit or debit card should, where possible, email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting; client reference number (if known), full name, postcode, contact telephone number, fixture and number of tickets purchased.
The refund will be processed, and funds will be credited back to your account. We will send a confirmation email when this has been done.
Supporters who have paid by cash will be able to collect a cash refund instantly from the Ticket Office by calling down in person OR you can arrange a refund and collect when convenient to you by calling 01484 960 606 (Option 4). These options are available during the Ticket Office opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 5pm
Saturday (non-match day): 9am until noon
