Supporters urged to use online Ticket Office and Megastore

Following the continued advice from the Government, Huddersfield Town’s offices at the John Smith’s Stadium are temporarily closed.
That includes Huddersfield Town’s Ticket Office, which will close from 5pm on Wednesday 18 March 2020.
If supporters wish to renew their Season Cards, then the easiest method is online.
If you have any problems or queries and have email access please email ticketenquiries@htafc.com with your query and we will get back to you as soon as possible, please include a mobile number where you can.
If you wish to book your Season Card by phone or require a refund on Wigan, Nottingham Forest or Birmingham match tickets please call 01484 960 606 and we will take your details and arrange a call-back.
For the foreseeable future, online renewals will be available 24/7 and email/telephone enquiries will be manned 9am to 5pm between Monday and Friday. Please leave your name and contact number if you cannot get through and we will get back to you in due course.
The Club’s Stadium Superstore will remain open (usual 9am-5pm) until Saturday 21 March 2020 at 1pm. The store will then be closed.
Huddersfield Town’s Packhorse Centre store will close at 5pm on Wednesday 18 March 2020.
Supporters will, however, be able to purchase Huddersfield Town goods online via htafcmegastore.com!
Htafcmegastore.com will still continue to operate with orders being dispatched twice a week. The threshold for free UK postage has been reduced to £15!

The Club’s Training Ground is also temporarily closed with Danny Cowley’s First Team squad working on individual programmes at home until Monday 23 March 2020 at the earliest. All Academy training has been postponed as their bespoke games programmes has been suspended.
