Huddersfield Town supporters can now watch exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage from the Club’s dramatic win over Charlton Athletic.
Town made it two home wins in five days with a massive 4-0 win over Charlton at the John Smith’s Stadium. Now with another important three points and a clean sheet against the Addicks, the Terriers are breaking away from the relegation zone.
Town’s top goal scorer Karlan Grant kicked off the goal fest against his old side in the first half of the game, making no mistake to fire the ball past Dillon Phillips.
Three goals within the second half extended the Terriers’ lead and secured the three points, starting with super-sub, Steve Mounié, who doubled the lead for the Terriers just moments after coming on for Fraizer Campbell.
90 minutes in and Grant made it three! The striker secured his 16th goal of the season, and his first brace of the 2019/20 campaign, after Juninho Bacuna assisted a cross to him and he executed his opportunity to extend Town’s lead even more.
If that wasn’t enough for Town fans, added time meant an extra goal! The Terriers secured their fourth and final goal of the match one minute from time thanks to Bacuna, who switched from provider to scorer by firing the ball into the top corner.
Town now sit 17th in the table, five points above the relegation zone, with 10 games left.
