In this special Q&A feature, supporters can learn more about the Club’s staff behind-the-scenes and how they might be able to help them in the future.

What is your job role at Huddersfield Town?

I’m the Ticket Office Manager at Huddersfield Town.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

I really enjoy the planning and logistics elements of the role within the Ticketing Department. I also really enjoy dealing and being able to help our supporters.

How long have you worked for Huddersfield Town?

I’ve been at Town for over 26 years! I started working two days a week in the Ticket Office before taking a full-time position. I became Ticket Office Manager on 8 March 2003.

What’s your highlight working for Town?

There’s definitely been a few! I’d have to say promotion to the Premier League, which I’m sure is the same as many others.

A personal highlight is administering tickets for Play-Off Finals at four different venues, I think I’m the only Ticket Office Manager in the country to do that!

Also being recognised by the Ticketing Industry by winning the Unsung Hero Award in 2018.

Who do you work closely with at the Club?

I work closely with Ann Hough, the Marketing and Communications Team, and my great team in the Ticket Office

And finally, tell us something interesting about yourself or your department?

Five of my staff weren’t born when I started at the Club!
