I'm a Season Card holder; I haven't received my iFollow code?
Season Card holders who have not opted to take the e-credit or refund options should have their iFollow HTAFC codes.
If you don't, email ticketenquiries@htafc.com.
How do I access the stream?
You will be able to access an iFollow match stream by visiting the match centre which will be linked to directly on the Club's homepage in the build up to a live match, or by downloading the free Town Square app from the relevant app store.
You will need to have already redeemed your unique promo code (this can be done on this page) and be logged in to iFollow - then click the watch live now button in the match centre.
Will I get a code for every game?
No - we will issue you one code, which will grant you access for every remaining home and away match of the 2019/20 season.
Can I share my code with my friends and family?
One iFollow code can only be used for one iFollow account and when a match is live that account can only be logged into on one device, meaning no one else can use your code or account to access the stream if you are using it.
If your email address is the one registered to more than one Season Card, you will receive more than one code. They will have to be utilised with different email addresses, however.
Can I watch the stream on my Smart TV?
iFollow is not currently supported on Smart TVs. However, if you have the correct cabling, you may be able to link your device to your TV.
When can I log in to the game?
The stream for the game should be available to watch from 30 minutes before kick-off.
What should I do if my code doesn’t work?
If, when you enter your code it is not working, double-check the email sent to you.
If it is still not working, please email ticketenquiries@htafc.com with your name, email, Client ID (found on your Season Card) and the code you have and we will investigate.
What should I do if I log in and the stream doesn’t work?
Firstly, please clear your browser cache and cookies, refresh your browser and try accessing content again. If you still have issues, please check for any updates available for your current browser and make sure cookies and third-party cookies are enabled.
If you have the same issues after trying those suggestions please try using an alternative web browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Safari and Edge) to eliminate any browser specific issues.
Access to iFollow video is not available in private browsing mode.

If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgotten Password’ on the log-in page - https://www.htafc.com/my-account/.
If you cannot remember, or you cannot access the email address used to set up your account you will need to register a new account. You will only be able to use your code if it has not been used on any other account, so please ensure you apply the code to the iFollow account with which you have access to the associated email address.
Will my ticketing account login automatically work on iFollow?
No. The two systems are entirely separate, so you'll need to create a new account on iFollow if you don't have an existing one.
Why can’t a junior supporter claim a streaming package?
As per the terms and conditions of iFollow, Under-18s cannot sign up and register to an account.
