Defender joins London club for the rest of the season

- Terence Kongolo departs Huddersfield Town on loan
- Defender joins Fulham for the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign
- Netherlands international moves to London club

Huddersfield Town defender Terence Kongolo has today joined Sky Bet Championship side Fulham on loan for the rest of the 2019/20 season.

The 25-year-old has made 11 appearances for Huddersfield Town so far this season, his last coming in the Club’s defeat to Bristol City at the end of November.

Terence joined Town in January 2018 on loan from AS Monaco before signing permanently the following summer. During his time with the Terriers, the defender has made 56 appearances, scoring one goal.

The Netherlands international will now join the Cottagers for the remainder of the campaign under the stewardship of Scott Parker.

Fulham currently sit fourth in the Sky Bet Championship table with 45 points from 27 games.

The defender’s contract at Town runs until the summer of 2022.
