The votes have been counted and now you will be able to purchase the winning shirts!

- Fans have voted for their favourite shirts and the shops will be stocking the winners
- The winning shirts are available now on pre-order at a discount
- Available to purchase from shops in March

Last week, we asked you to vote for your favourite home and away shirt from a shortlist of three home and three away shirts and the retail department has decided to get the winning shirts made so that fans can buy them.

The winning shirts will be available to buy from all retail outlets from mid-March onwards, however you are able to pre-order them now on and we’ll give you a discount for doing so.

With 43% of the vote, the winning home shirt is the Greenall’s one worn by Town between 1989 and 1991. This shirt linked with Craig Maskell, Iwan Roberts and Kieran O’Regan. This shirt saw a return to the ‘normal’ striped shirts and was the one that Town started their final decade at Leeds Road in. Peter Jackson made his HTAFC debut in this season. For many fans this shirt was their favourite because it was the first one they remember and many loved the collar.

The Panasonic Ecru shirt, worn by Town in the 1997/98 season, won the Away shirt vote with 51% of the vote. The shirt conjures up images of Wayne Allison, Marcus Stewart and Paul Dalton wearing this shirt during the “Great Escape” season when Peter Jackson guided the team to safety in the Championship. Fans commented that it was different but stylish and a great to wear as a leisure shirt.
