Jon Gorenc Stanković wins his first BWF Player of the Month award

Blue and White Foundation members voted Jon Gorenc Stanković as Huddersfield Town’s December 2019 Player of the Month!
When the votes were counted Jon took the prize beating Steve Mounié who picked up the rest!
The 23-year-old has impressed since returning to Town’s starting line-up and was ever present during the month of December.
He has formed an excellent partnership with Christopher Schindler at the back and scored his first goal of the season in the 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers on the final game of 2019.
15-year-old Joel Grainger voted for Jon and was randomly drawn out to meet him ahead of the Stoke City game.
Joel presented Jon with his Champagne alongside receiving a commemorative signed photo.
All the money generated from the £2 a week that Blue & White Foundation members pay goes straight to the Huddersfield Town Academy.
