Huddersfield Town Under-19 winger Will McCamley feels confident ahead of the game against Hibernian.

McCamley joined the Club from South Shields, after playing a key role in their National League Alliance run, where they reached the final for the first time ever.

Since coming to Town, the 18-year-old has been working on building relationships with the other players to help improve his game and his understanding.

“I have been working on my one v one my attacking,” explained the youngster.

“It’s important I help the defender out and link with my full back on my side.”

McCamley has seen his game and his team’s game improve after Coach Danny Schofield’s arrival at the Club.

“I think we have been playing really well as a team since Danny came in, we have gelled as a team. He has helped me personal.

“He was a winger too and he’s given me feedback and helped me in terms of my decision making and my positioning.

“I am looking forward to the next couple of months with him.”

The winger is confident that the Young Terriers will perform well tomorrow having beat Hibernian when they visited PPG Canalside back in December.

“I think we are all confident of getting a win.

“Scottish teams are very similar to us in how they play. They get the ball on the ground and move it quickly, so we don’t have to change our playing style compare to if we were playing a team from Spain or Germany.”

The game will kick-off at 1pm on Tuesday 18 February 2020. It’ll take place at the Hibernian Training Centre (EH35 5NG). Huddersfield Town supporters can watch the Under-19s in action for FREE!
