TEAM NEWS: TOWN vs CARDIFF

12 February 2020

Danny Cowley names an unchanged side for tonight’s game

- Huddersfield Town side named to face Cardiff City
- Manager Danny Cowley names an unchanged 18
- Christopher Schindler makes 150th league appearance for Town

Huddersfield Town Manager Danny Cowley has named an unchanged starting line-up for tonight’s Sky Bet Championship game against Cardiff City; 7.45pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

In fact, the match day 18 is the same as the one that defeated Queens Park Rangers 2-0 here on Saturday.

This means that team captain Christopher Schindler makes his 150th league appearance for the Club tonight. He is one of only six outfield players to play every second of action in the Sky Bet Championship so far this season.

There’s also a landmark for Juninho Bacuna, who makes his 50th league appearance for the Terriers this evening. He comes up against his older brother, Leandro, who is in the Bluebirds squad tonight.

Unfortunately, Karlan Grant is still unavailable due to the impact injury he sustained in training on Friday. He’s on the injured list alongside Kamil Grabara (head), Tommy Elphick (knee), Alex Pritchard (training after knee injury) and Collin Quaner (hip).
