Huddersfield Town striker Karlan Grant is keen to add to his goals tally this weekend against Queens Park Rangers.
So far this season the striker has bagged 13 goals, the last coming in the win over Hull City at the KCOM Stadium.
The 21-year-old found the net against the Rs earlier this season and is keen to score more.
“I want to score every game if I can, but as long as we win that’s all that matters.
“I personally just take each game as it comes and try to score as many as I can, you know. Hopefully I can help the team achieve something good.”
One thing that could help Karlan in-front of goal is January signing Emile Smith Rowe. The youngster joined Town on loan from Arsenal last month and has impressed in his first three games for the Club.
Karlan explained how their relationship on the pitch is beginning to blossom.
“He’s a good player, as you can see. It’s easier playing with a 10. We haven’t had one for the majority of the season because Pritch has been injured and what not.
“I feel like we’re definitely creating that relationship. It builds in training and in matches, but some of it is natural as well.
“He likes to roam, I like to roam around, so we try to cover each other’s spaces.”
Mark Warburton’s QPR currently sit 16th in the Sky Bet Championship season but have scored the third most goals in the league so far.
The striker explained what he expects from the Rs.
“I know a few players at QPR. They’ve got some good players and will be good on the attack. We need to make sure we’re defending well.
“I’ve seen that they tend to leak goals this season, which is a positive for us as attacking players.
“We need to be disciplined and try our best to get the three points.”
