Danny Cowley’s side got the better of the Addicks when Town Academy graduate Matty Daly popped up off the bench to get a stoppage time winner.
The game looked to be heading for a goal-less draw, when Florent Hadergjonaj found the 18-year-old inside the penalty area.
Matty kept his composure to finish with a first-time strike and snatch all three points for Town in the dying moments, on a bitterly cold mid-December evening in South East London.
