Another pre-season friendly for Huddersfield Town’s Academy has been confirmed today.
The Young Terriers will face an Academy side from fellow Sky Bet Championship club Barnsley in a game that will be played behind-closed-doors on Saturday 22 August 2020, kicking off at 10.30am.
Town’s side will consist mainly of players from the new Under-17 group, as well as some of the Under-19s who are in pre-season training under Jon Worthington.
This is the second pre-season friendly to be confirmed for this age group, with another behind-closed-doors fixture scheduled at Emley on Tuesday 25 August.
