Carlos Corberán names his side for Town’s final pre-season friendly

- Team news for Town’s match against Manchester United’s Under-23s
- Three changes from the starting XI against Bradford City
- Alex Pritchard will captain the Terriers again this afternoon

Carlos Corberán has named his side for Huddersfield Town’s final pre-season friendly ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.

The Terriers take on Manchester United’s Under-23s in a behind-closed-doors game at the John Smith’s Stadium; 3pm kick-off.

Town’s Head Coach makes three changes from Wednesday’s friendly against Bradford City. Karlan Grant is among those changes – he, and other senior players, have been part of a training group at Canalside this morning working on specifics with the coaching team.

Ben Hamer starts in goal with Harry Toffolo, Romoney Crichlow, Richard Stearman and Aaron Rowe in front of him.

Josh Austerfield, Ben Jackson and Alex Pritchard make up the middle three with Juninho Bacuna wide left, Josh Koroma on the right and Danny Ward upfront.

Like on Wednesday, a number of Carlos Corberán’s squad aren’t being risked today due to injuries or small knocks.
