Town to face Rochdale at the John Smith’s Stadium

Huddersfield Town can confirm that the Club’s Carabao Cup Round One tie against Rochdale will now take place at the John Smith’s Stadium.
The Terriers were due to be away at the Sky Bet League 1 club, however, Rochdale requested to change the venue of the game due to pitch renovations at the Crown Oil Arena.
Following discussions with Rochdale and the EFL, the decision was made to move the game to the John Smith’s Stadium.
The match, which will take place behind-closed-doors, will be played on Saturday 5 September 2020 and will kick-off at 3pm.
Further information in regard to how supporters can watch the game will be announced in due course.
