The Huddersfield Town Foundation is looking to recruit a skilled individual to join its Senior Leadership Team, leading on its inaugral Children in Care project!
In this role, the successful applicant will play a key part in ensuring children in care and care leavers receive the support they need to transition into independent living.
This will involve, but will not be limited to, developing employability and life skills, encouraging participation in physical activity and ensuring access to high-quality work experience placements.
