Still looking for new things to watch in isolation? Well, Huddersfield Town defender Richard Stearman has shared his top five Netflix recommendations!

Everyone has to stay at home to save lives during the COVID-19 pandemic, meaning that everyone is looking for that next series to binge watch. htafc.com caught up with Stears to find out what he’s been watching at home and what he would recommend to those looking for something new to watch.

One – Last Chance U

“I’m a big fan of sports documentaries – one of my favourites is an American football series called Last Chance U.

“I think there’s three series of that out now. It follows young athletes going to college in America and playing American football.”

Two – Money Heist

“Next, I’ll go with Money Heist, which is a bank robbing series.

“It’s in subtitles though, so you need to concentrate watching that one!”

Three and Four – The Stranger and Safe

“A few more recent ones that have come out, a few crime series.

“I’ve gone with The Stranger and Safe.”

Five – Love is Blind

“A little curveball at the end – it’s one that Tommy Elphick got me into – it’s called Love is Blind.

“It’s quite and interesting concept and possibly not one I wouldn’t have put on if it wasn’t for him, so I’ll blame him!

“That’s about couples who agree to get married without seeing each other so it’s an interesting concept.”

There you have it! Why not give them a watch and let Stears know what you think!
