Huddersfield Town ‘keeper Kamil Grabara explained how the Cowley brothers have given them a clear plan to play at home and away.
The Terriers take on West Bromwich Albion on Sunday after a full training week with the squad to get across their ideas on the pitch.
When speaking ahead of the game, Kamil explained how valuable that’s been for the players.
“I think its been helpful, it’s not an easy situation for them. They came in, a lot of things have happened and before the Sheffield Wednesday game they didn’t have much time to work with us.
“I think we are going to do what they expect us to do a little more. Obviously, they expect us to win, but you need to play a certain way to win games. The full week of training can only help.
“We’ve got a plan on how to play at home and play away. The first part of football is having a plan at sticking to it.
“It’s much easier for each of us when we know what to do and what is expected. The clear plan makes it easier for us.”
The players will be looking to implement that plan at the Hawthorns as they face a West Brom side that is currently unbeaten in the Sky Bet Championship.
“Every game in the Championship is difficult,” explained Kamil.
“West Brom are quite high and we’ve been struggling.
“It will be tough because it’s always tough, but that doesn’t change anything, we will go there, play and try to win the game.”
The Poland U21 international left his final thoughts to the Huddersfield Town fans.
“I feel sorry for the supporters because they fill the stadium for us every week, so if I’m disappointed, imagine how they are feeling!
“Apologising isn’t going to make anything better, but I can say thank you to them staying with us, I hope they continue to travel with us.”
