comFor the 2019/20 season there’s been a number of changes at the Huddersfield Town Ticket Office.
One of those was to make improvements for disabled supporters. We have recently introduced online booking for disabled supporters, to find out more please CLICK HERE.
Any disabled supporters who has not received an email regarding this should contact the Ticket Office on 01484 960 606 (Option 5) to register interest.
The ability to book online follows on from the new scheme to support fans with disabilities on match days. CLICK HERE to find out more.
This season we have introduced a Travel Club quiz on trips to away games over a certain distance!
So far five lucky, winning Huddersfield Town supporters have won free travel to an away game.
To take part and have the chance of winning, make sure you book onto Town’s official coaches for away games.
Forgetting Season Card on Match Day
Due to an unprecedented increase in supporters forgetting their Season Cards on a match day, a £5 administration charge has been introduced to reprint a match ticket at the Ticket Office, of which £2.50 will be donated to the Huddersfield Town Foundation.
The hope is that this will help reduce queues at the Ticket Office on a match day for supporters who would like to buy a match ticket.
We don’t want to charge you, we just want to help you remember your Season Card!
So far this season Ticket Exchange hasn’t been available as a number of tickets have still been remaining for Sky Bet Championship matches.
We are hoping, however, that this will be introduced in the future.
However, the Forwarding Scheme for friends and family is available.
Two long-standing members of staff, Sue Farrell and Hilary Horsfall, retired at the beginning of the season and the current team are pictured above:
Headed up by Ticket Office Manager Sue Beaumont and Assistant Manager Dan Cooper, they are ably assisted by Michelle McQueen, Jennah Taylor, Tommy Clegg, Ellie Holroyd, Reuben Rai and Francesca James.
Opening Times are now as follows:
Monday –––Friday (non-match day) 9.30am 30am–––5pm
5pmSaturday (non-match day) 9am 9am–––noon
Saturday (match day) 9am 9amuntil kick-off
Sunday (match day) as advertised

Due to a staff training day, the Ticket Office will be closed from 12pm 12pmon Wednesday 16 October 2019. However, bookings will still be able to be made over the phone on 01484 960 606 (option 2) and online.
