Shaws are the latest business to win the ‘Shooting Star’ award, created in tandem with club partner Lucas Lee and Partners to recognise excellence in the local area.
Shaws are the oldest family owned, chutney making business in Yorkshire and one of the oldest in the country. George Shaw founded Shaws Relish Works with his two sons, Walter and Vincent in 1889. They built up the family business through an array of products including relishes, jams and pickles, marrowfat peas and baking powder.
