Juninho joined the Terriers from Eredivisie side FC Groningen in June 2018 and impressed for the Club, especially in the latter part of the season.
In his first season in the Premier League, Juninho made 22 top-flight appearances and scored his first goal for the Club against West Ham United at the London Stadium.
He also picked up the President’s Prize at Town’s Annual Awards evening for his battling, committed performances.
