Huddersfield Town Season Card holders who have renewed for the 2019/20 campaign can NOW submit their request to move seats via email, over the phone or in-person at the Ticket Office.
To change your seat you must email email@example.com using the format below:
Subject Heading: Number of Seats Required (e.g. two seats) Stand Required: (e.g. Fantastic Media Upper)
I wish to move within the same stand (brief description of where) e.g. more central, higher up, towards the Fantastic Media stand etc.
Or I wish to move into the ………… Stand.
If you want to move to a specific seat/s please indicate this

Please note: Supporters who need to relocate due to disability issues should email Sue Farrell, our Disability Liaison Officer on firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your requirements.

The Ticket Office has had over 1,000 emails from supporters wishing to change seats/stands and unfortunately can't reply to all those who have been unsuccessful.
If you have received an email from the Ticket Office with your new seat location then your application has been successful, if you have not had an email then unfortunately your request has been unsuccessful.
Supporters are more than welcome to ring the Ticket Office (via 01484 960 606 - Option 3) from 9.30am on Monday 18 March to try and arrange an alternate location.
CHANGE SEATS OVER THE PHONE OR AT THE TICKET OFFICE
Season Card Holders who wish to move seats via telephone or in-person at the Ticket Office can call 01484 960 606 Option 3 or visit the Ticket Office.
Please ensure you have the names and client reference numbers for all those moving to hand in order that we can assist you.
The Ticket Office will be closed on Tuesday 19 March 2019 from 12.30pm for Staff Member Emma Calderwood’s funeral and again on Tuesday 26 March from 9.30am till 12.30pm for Staff Training.
PURCHASING NEW SEASON CARDS
Terrier Members will get the first option to purchase any Season Cards that become available online from 9.30am on Monday 1 April 2019. These will be limited to one Season Card per Terrier Member.
Season Card Holders will have the opportunity to purchase additional Season Cards for friends and family online and at the Ticket Office from 9.30am on Monday 8 April 2019.
The number of tickets they can purchase will be advertised after renewal deadline day depending on availability.
