Town players return for first training session of 2019/20 season
- Jan Siewert’s side trained for the first time on Monday
- Players reported back to PPG Canalside following summer break
- Preparation began ahead of 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship campaign
Pre-season training for Jan Siewert’s Huddersfield Town side commenced on Monday morning.
Having undergone testing at the back end of last week, Town’s players reported back to PPG Canalside to begin preparations for the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship campaign.
The large majority of the First Team squad were involved, with the players on international duty not back after an extended break.
New signings Tommy Elphick, Reece Brown and Josh Koroma all reported back for testing today and will join in with the rest of the group tomorrow.
Town’s players have begun their preparations ahead of the first game of the season which was announced as a home tie against Derby County on Monday 5 August 2019.
