Another pre-season game for Jan Siewert’s First Team

- Huddersfield Town to play at Doncaster Rovers in pre-season
- Town to play at the Keepmoat Stadium on Wednesday 24 July
- Fifth game to be confirmed ahead of 2019/20 campaign

Huddersfield Town will play a pre-season friendly at Sky Bet League 1 side Doncaster Rovers on Wednesday 24 July 2019; 7.30pm kick-off at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Prices for the fixture will be confirmed in due course on htafc.com.

Managed by former Peterborough United midfielder Grant McCann, Rovers finished sixth in the League 1 table last season, only to be defeated by eventual promotion-winners Charlton Athletic in the Play-Off semi-finals.

Their squad includes former Town Academy graduate Joe Wright.

Town was the first Club to play a competitive fixture against Doncaster at the Keepmoat Stadium back on New Year’s Day 2007.

This is the fifth pre-season fixture to be confirmed for Jan Siewert’s side ahead of the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship campaign, following on from the home clash with Montpellier on 27 July, an away game against Rochdale and the double-header against German side Greuther Fürth in Austria.
