Under-19 side to face Austria Wien in friendly

Huddersfield Town’s Under-19 side has added a pre-season friendly to its upcoming week-long stay in mainland Europe.
Whilst Jan Siewert’s First Team is based in Kirchberg, Austria, from 7 until 14 July inclusive, the Academy will stay just over the border in Germany and take part in the U19 TTL Cup in Bavaria on the Saturday.
The Under-19 side, led by Dean Whitehead, will now also play FK Austria Wien’s Under-23 team on Tuesday 9 July 2019.
The Young Terriers will cross into Austria to take on Vienna’s top youngsters at the DANA Arena in Windischgarsten; around 200 miles east of Kirchberg.
The game will kick-off at 6pm local time, which will be 5pm in the UK.
