Huddersfield Town has recalled goalkeeper Joel Coleman from his loan at Sky Bet League One side Shrewsbury Town.

Coleman joined Salop in July 2018 and was due to stay with the Club for the entire 2018/19 campaign. However, Town has activated its clause to recall the goalkeeper earlier today.

The 23-year-old made a total of 20 competitive appearances during his time, keeping five clean sheets in the process.

Coleman signed a contract extension before joining Shrewsbury that secures his future to Town until the summer of 2020, with the Club having the option on a further year.

Fellow Town goalkeeper Ryan Schofield has joined Sky Bet League 2 side Notts County on loan earlier today.
