Fantasy Premier League tips ahead of Town’s match against Manchester City

-         Steve Mounié has one goal and two assists in last five Gameweeks
-         Alex Pritchard has been Town’s top creator over the last four Gameweeks
-         Jonas Lössl could gain bonus FPL points from making a number of saves

Life after David Wagner begins for Huddersfield Town this weekend with one of the toughest tests in football – a visit from Manchester City.

Caretaker Head Coach Mark Hudson will look to tame a City side that's scored 19 goals in its last three matches in all competitions.

Hudson will need key men to perform at the John Smith’s Stadium. And if they do, they could provide solid returns in Gameweek 23 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL).

Pep Guardiola's team kept its first clean sheet since Gameweek 13 when the Cityzens beat 10-man Wolves 3-0 on Monday night.

Frontman Steve Mounié (£5.8m) will look to benefit from that.

He's been in excellent form recently, with one goal and two assists in the last five Gameweeks.

And over the previous four fixtures, his five shots on target are bettered by only four forwards in FPL.

Alex Pritchard (£4.8m) could be the man to supply Mounié with the service he'll need to continue that fine form.

He's been Huddersfield Town's top creator over the last four Gameweeks, with nine key passes.

Pritchard is on corner-taking duties in the continued absence of Aaron Mooy (£5.1m) and has taken 16 of the team's 21 corners over the last four matches.

The Terriers lost the reverse fixture against City 6-1 in Gameweek 2.

But they did so without ‘keeper Jonas Lössl (£4.4m).

The last time the big Dane played against City, the match ended 0-0.

But even if he fails to keep a clean sheet on Sunday, Lössl should still deliver points from saves.

He's amassed seven save points over the last five matches and has racked up 23 points overall from the previous four Gameweeks.
