Do you remember Huddersfield Town’s last away win against Bristol City? Well, it came in April 2013 as Town fought for survival in the Sky Bet Championship.

The Terriers got off to a flying start taking the lead after just two minutes. James Vaughan, who was on loan from Norwich City, opened the scoring placing the ball into an empty net after being set-up by Lee Novak.

Vaughan made it two shortly after as he glanced a dangerous free-kick from Oliver Norwood past the ‘keeper.

The striker then sealed his hat-trick in the second half. Novak was again the provider as Vaughan head his cross into the back of the net.

Bristol City, who was already relegated, hit the woodwork twice before scoring a consolation goal through Lewin Nyatanga.
