Karlan Grant wins his second BWF Player of the Month award
- Striker named as Blue & White Foundation November BWF Player of the Month
- Karlan Grant bags a second win following his impressive start to the season

Blue and White Foundation members voted Karlan Grant as Huddersfield Town’s November 2019 Player of the Month!
When the votes were counted Karlan took the prize beating Lewis O’Brien by just four votes!
The 22-year-old has had an impressive start to the 2019/20 season and has now won the award on two occasions.
Karlan has bagged 11 goals so far this campaign and in the month of November scored against Brentford, Swansea City and Bristol City.
Blue and White Foundation member Jane Teale from Roberttown voted for Karlan and was randomly drawn out to meet him ahead of the Leeds United game.
12-year-old Morton Murray from Brighouse also voted for the striker and was the Junior Blue and White Foundation member chosen to meet him.
Both Jane and Morton will present Karlan with his Champagne alongside receiving a commemorative signed photo.
When speaking to #HTTV, the striker explained how happy he was to win it again.
“It’s a great individual achievement again. I’m happy with the award and hopefully I can get more as the season goes on.
“Ever since I’ve come here the supporters have been massive. They’ve been good to me since I came in on day one. Hopefully I can keep repaying them with good performances and goals.”
Town face Leeds United this weekend and it’ll be Karlan’s first taste of a West Yorkshire Derby. He explained how much he’s looking forward to it.
“It’s a massive game, I know how much it means to the supporters. I know they will want to see a reaction from us. We are 100% up for the game, so we want to go out there fighting and put in a good performance.
“I spoke to Hoggy about them and he said, ‘it’s a massive game and we need to be on our A game’. I’m buzzing for it, up for it and can’t wait to get out on the pitch and play in it.”
All the money generated from the £2 a week that Blue & White Foundation members pay goes straight to the Huddersfield Town Academy.
