The Huddersfield Town Foundation has teamed up with Sporting Memories to launch a new programme providing reminiscence and activity sessions in Kirklees.
The Sporting Memories initiative is set to start in October with the aim of improving the well-being of isolated people. The programme includes weekly sessions where participants will be encouraged to interact and participate in activities through the topic of sports.
