Goalkeeper joins Sky Bet Championship side on loan

Huddersfield Town goalkeeper Ben Hamer has today joined Sky Bet Championship side Derby County on loan for the 2019/20 season.
Hamer joined Town as a free agent in July 2018 and has since made eight appearances for the Club in all competition.
The 31-year-old goalkeeper will now join Phillip Cocu’s Rams for the rest of the season.
Huddersfield Town Head Coach Jan Siewert commented:
“We have a very strong goalkeeping department, which means that we can’t guarantee Ben the game time that he needs.
“He’s a great character and I wish him all the best during his time at Derby County.”
Ben Hamer’s contract runs until June 2021, with the Club having the option to extend his stay by a further year.
