16-year-old scholar could feature in games vs Bosnia

- Ernaldo Krasniqi gets Albania U17 summons
- 16-year-old joined Town's Academy this summer
- Born in London, but qualifies through his parents

Huddersfield Town Academy scholar Ernaldo Krasniqi has received summons to the Albania Under-17 squad ahead of two international friendly matches.

The 16-year-old, who was born in London but qualifies for his country through his parentage, is now with his new international teammates to prepare for a pair of games against Bosnia, taking place on 13 and 15 August 2019.

Ernaldo is a relative newcomer to the Club, having joined the Under-17 squad on a two-year scholarship this summer from Crown Pro Elite Academy in London.

Standing at 6’ 3” tall, Ernaldo made his competitive debut for the Club in last weekend’s EFL Youth Alliance draw at Bradford City in midfield, but he can also play at centre back.
