An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established Ticket Office team in an apprenticeship position.

In this role you will have the opportunity to study for a recognised qualification while also developing your skills and experience in our prestigious Club, in a busy office-based environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking for their first professional role.

Previous experience in a customer-service role would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided, both on the job and through the associated training partner.

Applicants must also be IT literate and educated to at least Level 2, with GCSE passes in English and Maths, A positive and professional attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills, are essential to be able to perform well in this role.

Pay: £3.90 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week (including home match days)
Duration: Fixed-term for up to 18 months
