Wagner makes one change to his starting XI

- David Wagner makes one change to Huddersfield Town XI
- Elias Kachunga makes his first Premier League start of 2018/19
- Adama Diakhaby on the bench in only switch to face Crystal Palace

For the first time in 2018, Elias Kachunga starts a Premier League game at the John Smith’s Stadium in the only change to the side to face Crystal Palace this afternoon.

After an impressive display as a second-half substitute in the 1-1 draw at Everton before the international break, Head Coach David Wagner has handed Elias his first top-flight start since he picked up his long-term ankle injury in the game at Newcastle United on 31 March.

‘Kache’ takes the place of summer recruit Adama Diakhaby in the line-up, with the 22-year-old Frenchman among the substitutes today.

The side is otherwise unchanged from the starting XI that began the draw at Goodison Park last time out, which means Aaron Mooy plays on his 28th birthday!

Ben Hamer makes a welcome return to the substitutes’ bench today too after the knee injury he picked up in the previous home game against Cardiff City.

Jonathan Hogg serves the final game of his three-match suspension today, whilst Ramadan Sobhi (knee) is still side-lined.
