Speak to the ‘Hear to Help’ staff on Huddersfield Town match days

- Town’s Supporter Services Department has recruited a team of ‘Hear to Help’ staff
- Helpful staff are located around the John Smith’s Stadium in red hoodies
- Brand-new Town Information point at the John Smith’s Stadium

Huddersfield Town’s Supporter Service department has recruited a team of ‘Here to Help’ staff to make all supporters feel welcome on a match day at the John Smith’s Stadium.

A number of ‘Here to Help’ staff members will be available around the ground, at various points, wearing red hoodies to give advice and instructions to supporters.

The friendly, proactive people will be at the John Smith’s Stadium from two and a half hours before kick-off and then 30 minutes after the final whistle.

So, if you don’t know where to go or have any questions about Huddersfield Town, please look out for a member of the ‘Here to Help’ team.

Can’t find a member of the team or have a question when coming to the ground, come to the brand-new information point located in the Retail Store at the St. Andrew’s Road entrance to the Stadium.

Our Volunteer Supporter Liaison Officer, Nathan Hosker is on site at every home game to assist with any queries you may have.

Nathan is based at the Information Point but if you’d like to contact Nathan directly, please e-mail supporterservices@htafc.com or tweet him @htafcslo.

Huddersfield Town’s Supporter Services Manager, Robyn Kennerdale, commented:

“As a Club we are always trying to improve the match day experience and introducing an Information Point and a Here to Help team to assist our fans is just another way we are committed to doing this.

“The team are there to help all supporters whether that’s away fans who’ve never been to the John Smith’s Stadium, new Town supporters or those who come week in week out.”
