#HTTV+ subscribers can now watch the full 90-minutes from Town’s Premier League defeat to Crystal Palace at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The third home fixture of the Premier League Season saw David Wagner’s side come up against Crystal Palace – a match that was tightly contested throughout.

Despite losing 1-0, Town created a number of different opportunities and had 59% possession. Head Coach David Wagner called the game “our best performance of the year so far.”

Town defended well, controlled the ball and looked good when creating opportunities, before a superb curling effort from Wilfried Zaha gave the Eagles the lead.

The birthday boy Aaron Mooy was the closest player for Town to score when a hard-hit volley bounced back off the post, and then a follow up shot from Florent Hadergjonaj was saved by the ’keeper.

The physical match saw Palace come out victors, but Town can take a number of positives into the next match against Leicester City on Saturday (22 September) at the King Power Stadium.

Re-live the whole game, which is accompanied with commentary from West Yorkshire Sport Daily's Paul Ogden!
