During the international break, Huddersfield Town’s First Team squad took part in a number of tests to see how they have developed physically during the 2018/19 Premier League season.
Like at the start of pre-season, the players headed to Leeds Beckett University to undergo performance and physical testing.
The information gained from the tests will show the players’ development since returning in July, whilst also help shape their individual training programmes over the next two months.
Huddersfield Town’s Head of Performance Services, John Iga, explained why the tests are important as the #HTTV cameras went behind-the-scenes during the day.
