- Comments from Head Coach David Wagner

Huddersfield Town can confirm that defender Chris Löwe will be sidelined until around December with the shoulder injury he sustained in the Club’s 1-1 draw with West Ham United on Saturday 10 November.

The left-back, who was named as Town’s October Blue & White Foundation Player of the Month, was stretchered off in the first half against the Hammers after going down under a challenge from Fabián Balbuena.

Following specialist opinion Chris will not need an operation and he will now start his road to recovery, working closely with Town’s Medical Department.

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner commented:

“Since the beginning of the season he’s been in good form and been so reliable but unfortunately now, he will be out for a number of weeks.

“We will give him all of our support and hope that he comes back as good and as strong as ever. We wish Chris all the best.”
