Huddersfield Town left-back Chris Löwe believes the performance against Manchester City epitomised the character and fighting spirit in the dressing room.

The left-back spoke to #HTTV after the 0-0 draw with the Cityzens and praised the team for its commitment and resilience as Town became to first team to stop the Premier League Champions at home all season.

Chris went on to discuss how Town’s game plan worked perfectly and described how that changed throughout the match.

The 29 year-old assessed his own performance after returning to the starting line-up for the first time since January, whilst describing how hard it was against Manchester City in the heat at the Etihad Stadium.

Löwe also talked fans through Town’s chances, praised the supports and explained how the job wasn’t done yet.

On the draw, Chris Löwe commented:

“It’s a very good day for us today, I don’t think anyone expected us to get a point away from home against the Champions.

“It was a brilliant effort from all of us and I think, in the end, you need some luck against such a team, but we really deserved that point today.

“Nothing is impossible, we just want to go out there and try our best to get something.

“It was really hot out there today and we worked our socks off today, everything single one of us. In the end we got our result.”
