With a week off Premier League fixtures for the international break, #HTTV caught up with Steve Mounié to get his thoughts ahead of the final run of fixtures up until the end of the season.
Steve reflected on his season so far and also spoke about Town’s remaining seven games and the need for the squad to keep working together and fighting until the end.
The Benin international also emphasised the importance the fans’ support for the final few games.
Talking to #HTTV, Steve commented:
“I love the atmosphere they give us during the game. They are always behind us even if the result isn’t going in our direction. They are very good fans and I love playing in this stadium every game.”
“When the fans are behind us, when they sing my song or songs of the other players, that gives us some energy and we want to show them that on the pitch. We want to help the team and give back what you give to us. I really appreciate the fans’ support.”
