With the post-season break well underway and no games taking place, we take a look back at that memorable win for Town in the 2011/12 Play-Offs.
The game saw Town travel to face MK Dons in the first leg of the 2011/12 League One Play-Off semi-finals. Forward Jordan Rhodes opened the scoring in the first-half with his 38th goal of the season before Jack Hunt sealed the win midway through the second-half.
Simon Grayson's side would progress to secure promotion on penalties against Sheffield United in the final.
