Adama Diakhaby spoke of his happiness at completing a move to Huddersfield Town ahead of the 2018/19 Premier League campaign.

The attacker was speaking to #HTTV from the Club’s pre-season camp in Germany having joined up with David Wagner’s side following the completion of the move.

In his interview, Adama shared an insight into the type of player that supporters can expect, also explaining why a move to Huddersfield Town was the right one for him.

Adama also spoke about his background and career history to date, talking through football from an early age and his moves from Caen, Rennes, Monaco and to eventually Town.

Speaking with #HTTV, Adama commented:

“I think my characteristics will be appropriate for the Premier League, I’m tall and I need to be more physical. I can run fast and have a good left foot, I like to do skill and like to shoot.

“It’s important for me to progress every day, for me I want to help my teammates and the Club to progress every day and to a better place in the Premier League.

“I’m happy to be a player of Huddersfield and I’m very excited to be playing in the Premier League for the first time; I want to make a good job for this Club and all the supporters and every fan.”
