Which Town players should you pick on FPL?

- Schindler claimed more bonus points than any other teammate
- Mooy created the most chances for the Terriers
- Mounié provides goal threat for David Wagner’s side

Have you started selecting your Fantasy Premier League side for the 2018/19 season yet? Our FPL Scout has explained which Town players are the ones to watch!

Christopher Schindler (£4.5m)
His contribution in defence is crucial to Town’s chances of keeping clean sheets.

Schindler’s style of play is well suited to the Bonus Points System (BPS), which decides the bonus points in Fantasy Premier League.

His total of 370 Clearances, Blocks and Interceptions (CBI) ranked second overall in the Premier League in 2017/18 and helped Schindler claim 15 bonus points, more than any team-mate.

Yet he remains overlooked ahead of Gameweek 1. Schindler is owned by just 3.4% of squads compared with the 10.5% of his central defensive partner Zanka (£4.5m).

Aaron Mooy (£5.5m)
Set-piece duties play a major part in boosting Mooy’s potential in Fantasy.

The Australian international’s total of 50 chances created was ranked top for the Terriers in 2017/18.

He produced three goals and four assists on his way to 113 points, more than any outfield team-mate.

Like Schindler, Mooy’s ball-winning ability can help him earn bonus. His total of 60 successful tackles placed third for David Wagner’s side.

Steve Mounié (£6.0m)
10 starts in the final 12 Gameweeks of last season suggests that the Benin international has moved ahead of Laurent Depoitre (£5.5m) for the lone striker role.

Mounié’s underlying statistics in that period underline his goal threat – a total of 25 shots inside the box from Gameweek 27 onwards was ranked third up front.

And he’s been quick to carry that form into pre-season, too. The target man netted in a 1-1 draw with German side SV Darmstadt 98 last weekend.
