Summer recruit reports back from World Cup duty

- Attacker joined the Terriers in the summer
- Find out when the other World Cup Terriers return

Summer signing Ramadan Sobhi arrived at Huddersfield Town today (Monday 16 July 2018) after his extended leave following his World Cup exploits for Egypt.

The 21-year-old winger joined the Terriers from Stoke City this summer, putting pen-to-paper on a three-year contract before jetting off back to his national team’s training camp.

He subsequently made three substitute appearances for The Pharaohs in the World Cup group stages.

After a short holiday, Ramadan arrived in Huddersfield this afternoon to begin his work with his new club. Having met the staff and his new teammates, he will undergo his pre-season testing on Tuesday before flying out to Germany with the squad for the first training camp and matches.

Aaron Mooy is set to return to Town on Thursday (19 July 2018), whilst Danish duo Jonas Lössl and Zanka – who reached the knockout stages – will return to Town on Monday 23 July 2018.
