Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner told #HTTV that he was frustrated with his sides performance but knew exactly what they had done wrong.

David Wagner was speaking after his side were defeated 4-1 at home to West Ham United in their first home game of 2018.

Town’s Head Coach admitted that too many of his players were below par, making costly errors that you cannot make if you want to collect points in the Premier League.

David went on to explain that he knew what went wrong in the game and stated that just as his side have done earlier in the season, will need a reaction from the result.

David Wagner commented:

“We were below, too many individuals were below par today. Nothing that we like but something that can always happen when you’re human. We made so many big individual mistakes and if you do these mistakes you can’t collect points in the Premier League.

“Before all the goals, especially the first, second and third one – when we played a player onside who has to be offside. At the end, as I said it’s frustrating, but we have to go forward, and we know exactly what we have done wrong.

“This has happened a few times in the season before and we showed the right reaction and I’m pretty sure we’ll do it again.”
