New signing Alex Pritchard in the squad
Joe Lolley makes a first home start in the Premier League as part of David Wagner’s starting XI for today’s game against West Ham United; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.
The 25 year-old attacker follows up his last two starts at Leicester City and Bolton Wanderers with a first top-flight start on home soil against the Hammers today.
Meanwhile Jonas Lössl and Mathias Zanka return to the line-up to maintain their 100% Premier League appearance records, whilst Aaron Mooy, Christopher Schindler and Tom Ince also return.
New signing Pritchard is on a strong-looking bench alongside fellow January recruit Terence Kongolo and Abdelhamid Sabiri, who is back in the league 18 after an impressive showing at Bolton in the Emirates FA Cup.
David Wagner is without Sean Scannell (groin), Elias Kachunga (knee), Martin Cranie (ankle), Chris Löwe (foot), Collin Quaner (hamstring) and Jon Gorenc Stanković (knee) today.
