The Huddersfield Town Ticket Office has a new phone number; 01484 960 606.
A completely new phone system has been installed ahead of the Club’s 2018/19 Season Card renewal campaign, which begins on Monday 15 January 2018, to improve the Ticket Office’s ability to handle calls from Town fans at peak times.
Huddersfield Town’s IT Manager John Armitage has worked closely with club partner Abzorb to install the new system, which is now live.
The new automated switchboard will ensure that Town fans are directed to the right member of Ticket Office staff depending on the nature of their query.
Town’s phone system can now queue calls much more effectively than the previous system too.
Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Director Sean Jarvis explained:
“We’re delighted that our new phone system is in place and ready to go ahead of an important period of Season Card renewals for the Club.
“The Ticket Office has known for some time that the previous system was not fit for purpose given the high demand for tickets, so we’ve invested a lot of time and money in getting this new one right.
“Thanks to the work of the Club’s IT department and our valued partner Abzorb, the new system will be able to handle the increased demand far better.
“We’d still ask fans to be patient as staff work through calls at peak times, but this is an important step in the service levels that we can offer to our supporters.”
