- Event held at PPG Canalside on Saturday 10 February; 5pm start
If you attend Huddersfield Town’s Year of the Dog fireworks display, then you have the chance to meet Elias Kachunga and Jon Stanković!
The fireworks display, that kicks off the Chinese New Year celebrations, will be held at the Club’s PPG Canalside Training Ground on Saturday 10 February 2018.
Both Elias Kachunga and Jon Stanković will attend the display to meet Town supporters before starting off the much-anticipated firework display.
Kachunga also came to the Club’s annual fireworks display held in October, so if you missed him then this is your opportunity!
The event, which has been sponsored and supported by Club Sponsor OPE, will start at 5pm as a number of activities for the whole family get underway prior to the display.
Similarly, to the Fireworks Spectacular held earlier this season, Pulse have been confirmed to produce the evening’s live entertainment and music.
A fun fair will be available for the Young Terriers attending the event, whilst food and drink stalls will also be on hand – some with an oriental twist!
The Town Foundation will put on a special penalty shoot-out game for youngsters and Terry and Tilly the Terriers will also be out and about to sign autographs and have selfies with young supporters.
Supporters shouldn’t miss out on the chance to watch the must-see Jin Long Lion Dance performance either!
The Fireworks display, provided by Club Partner Standard Fireworks, will commence at around 7.30pm.
Please note that there will be no parking available on site at PPG Canalside, although a limited number of disabled spaces will be available.
Advanced discount tickets for the event are priced at just £3 for adults or £1 for Under-18s and Over-60s and are available to buy now at the Ticket Office or at the Packhorse Centre Retail Shop.
You can also purchase tickets online for the event by clicking here; you have until noon on Saturday 10 February to buy advanced tickets!
If you purchase an advanced ticket online you can collect it from the Ticket Office before noon on Saturday, if you don't then you can collect it from the gate at the Fireworks Display from 5pm.
If you purchase a ticket on the gate at the event, then prices will increase to £5 for an adult and £3 for an Under-18 and Over-60s. Please note this is cash only.
