Jonathan Hogg wins BWF Player of the Month for January
- Hogg named as BWF Player of the Month for January

Blue and White Foundation members voted Jonathan Hogg as their January 2018 Player of the Month!
The midfielder has won the award for the first time this season beat previous winner Christopher Schindler to the award; ‘Hoggy’ was one of the two runners-up for the award last month, which was won by Jonas Lössl.
During January, Jonathan featured in five out of Town’s six matches during the first month of 2018 and embodied the Terriers Identity during those games.
Town’s Vice-Captain has recorded a 73% tackle success rate in the top-flight this season and has recovered the ball on 152 occasions.
Blue and White Foundation member Mrs Diane Scarlett from Wakefield voted for Jonathan and was drawn to meet him before Town’s next Premier League home game against AFC Bournemouth to present him with his Champagne.
Diane will also receive a commemorative signed photo with the midfielder.
‘Hoggy’ spoke to #HTTV after winning the award and commented:
“It’s nice to see that the fans can see the hard work in on-the-pitch and it’s nice to be noticed.
“We’ve been going through a tough period but we all need to dig in and start performing a bit better.
“Things haven’t been going to well over the last six weeks, which has been tough, but everyone has to dig in.
“I’m really the fans have picked me out; it’s a real honour!”
