Aaron Mooy wins BWF Player of the Month for November

Blue and White Foundation members voted Aaron Mooy as Huddersfield Town’s November 2018 Player of the Month!
When the votes were counted, Aaron beat his teammates to the prize, following a number of consistent performances. Fellow central midfielders Jonathan Hogg and September winner Philip Billing collected the other votes.
During the month of November, Aaron Mooy scored his first two goals of the 2018/19 Premier League season bagging a brace against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Australian international has been a key figure for Town, especially going forwards and has averaged 50 passes per game this season. Alongside his attacking attributes, his tackle success percentage has hit 79% this season and he’s made 113 recoveries.
Blue and White Foundation member Mr Greg Sykes from Salendine Nook voted for Aaron and was drawn to meet him before Town’s next Premier League home game against Newcastle United to present him with his Champagne.
Greg Sykes will also receive a commemorative signed photo with the Australia international.
After winning the award, the Aaron spoke to #HTTV and said:
“It’s always nice to win awards like these, I’m very happy with it. Thank you to everyone who voted for me.
“It’s great to have your name mentioned for awards but I just try and focus on what I’m doing on the pitch, so I can try to get better.
“As a team we are playing good, the last few games we’ve performed well but we know Arsenal is a very good team on a great run.
“It’ll be as difficult game, but we have to go with the mindset that we can cause them problems and get a result.”
